Hi, I'm Sam, co-founder of Full Scale. I'm looking forward to our call together where we can take a look at your business, current position and see if Full Scale is the correct move for you. Before then, we do have a few bits of content for you to take a look through to get a sense of what we do and who we are.
Start off with who we are. So Full Scale was created by me and my brother Ben. However, this is not our first business venture.
So our first business was Archive. In year one, we only done 30k in sales. That is not worth it.
As business owners, we know that. By the knuckle down, in year two, we were able to scale to 420k, which is a good position. However, we knew that there was more out there and this might be the position that you're in right now.
In this position, we decided to develop our own growth strategy. And using this growth strategy, in year three, we were able to over 3x our number to over 1.5 million in sales. And since then, it's been continuous growth year on year.
Why does that make us different? Another thing that makes us different is you get to deal with me and my brother personally. You are in direct contact with us and we help tailor the services that we provide and improve the fulfillment to you.
We only work with one business per trade, per area. So if we work with one kitchen fitter in Manchester, that's the only kitchen fitter that we work with. We work with one roofer in Manchester.
