A short video from Full Scale
What customers check before they ring you
A 1 min 11 watch, from Sam.
Before someone rings you they look you up: Google, reviews and your website. We look them up before every call too, and show what would make them the obvious choice.
What's said in this video
Before someone rings or enquires about work or a price, they want to look you up to see what they can find, whether it's a website, Google listing, a Facebook page or reviews. We help this as well. We want to start with Google.
Google SEO Search Engine Optimisation. This is essentially how highly you rank on Google when someone types up for your grade in your area. We want you to be right at the top.
We want you to be the first name that pops up. Next up is reviews. Single job that you complete through us.
We want to chase them up for a review. And when they leave a review, we also want to post this on social media. Boost the social media presence as well.
And they are great testimonials. And lastly is your website. We can also help you optimise your website or build an entire new website for you.
This is something we do separately. We look you up as well before every single call. So we want to see if we can find you on Google in the town that you cover.
Find reviews. Find a 30 second quote form on your website. If not, we can arrange all of this for you as well.
Some things are separate. Some things are included. But this is such an important thing when it comes to bringing in new jobs.
