Usually the ads worked and the follow-up didn't: slow replies, the wrong people, boosted posts. Then what we do differently: hyper-targeted to homeowners, four questions to filter out time-wasters, a reply in a minute, followed up until they decide.

If you have run ads before, you may be saying, Facebook didn't work for me. However, the ads may have worked, but the system behind the ads failed. I want to also distinguish the difference between boosting posts and ads.
We do not want to boost posts. Yes, it is nice to see the likes and the shares rack up. However, they are not turning into genuine enquiries.
And if they do, they are not being pre-qualified through a funnel. The system behind the ads may have been the replies. So enquiries could have been rung back hours later.
If they have done that, they may have booked someone else. We fix this with our 60 second golden rule. Enquiry is followed up with the text back right away.
And then the wrong people may have been coming through. There was no enquiry funnel set up. Price shoppers just quoting about.
The other thing with our ads is that they are hyper targeted. They are only shown to homeowners actively looking for home improvements. Do not want your ads being shown to 500 uni students.
